On the 3rd of May Lux Mundi, Torre del Mar held their Spring & Summer Fashion Show at the Centre in Torre del Mar which was organised by Carolyn and Julie.
On arrival 80 International friends were greeted with a free drink after which they were shown 55 outfits of nearly new clothing and accessories. The outfits were modelled by 9 International friends of the Centre. The show was compared by Carolyn Bowen, who gave an amusing description and anecdotal commentary.
During the interval, the audience was able to purchase drinks and delicious homemade cakes. At the end of the show the organisers and models were given a vote of the thanks and there was time for a group photograph, after that the audience was able to purchase the items that had been shown. Lux Mundi, would like to thank the models, those friends who helped with the coffee, bar, sound system, dresser Julie and the audience who made the event a most enjoyable afternoon and who help Lux Mundi and its charitable work. Due to the success of the event, Lux Mundi is already planning the Autumn & Winter Show which will take place on the 8th of November 2017 when again you will all be very welcome to attend.
