On Thursday the 31st of December, Lux Mundi, Torre del Mar held their annual New Years eve Party at the centre.
Many International friends came to join in the festivities which started at 11:00am with coffee and drinks; this was then followed at 12:00 noon with the traditional 12 grapes and Cava. Gloria and Pili started the proceedings by banging the gong and at each stroke a grape was eaten and a wish made. Then followed the traditional joining of hands and singing “Auld Lang Syne”, many friends were bedecked in fancy hats and streamers. It was a wonderful opportunity for those friends who may be alone on New Years Eve to celebrate.
