On the 31st of March Lux Mundi, Torre del Mar held their Easter Bazaar, which was a great success.
It was a beautiful sunny, warm day which enabled many of the friends who attended to sit in the garden. It was time to relax, savour their drinks, delicious homemade cakes and warm food which was on sale. The friends also took advantage of the ladies and gent´s boutique, book stall, preserves, cards, photography, jewellery, stuffed toys and knitted items and ladies fashions and hats. There was a chance to guess how many Easter eggs were in the jar, which was won by Rachel Henderson. Lux Mundi would like to give many thanks to all those who supported the event and especially those who donated cakes and gifts and gave their time to help run the bazaar. Thanks to the generosity of all who attended, the Centre was able to raise funds, which enables them to continue with their charitable work. Lux Mundi would like to wish you a very Happy Easter and look forward to seeing you all again at the Centre to take part in their various events and the excursions they organise.
