On the 13 of June 34 friends of Lux Mundi, Torre del Mar visited the Centre to enjoy a paella lunch cooked by Pili.
There was a glass of wine or soft drink to welcome the guests, which was followed with a starter from the salad bar where they could help themselves to as much as they wanted.
This was followed by a choice of two paellas, chicken or vegetarian and the meal was rounded off with ice cream. There was also coffee and tea available. Some of the friends decided to eat in the beautiful garden as it was such a lovely day.
Lux Mundi would like to thank all the friends who helped make this an enjoyable lunch and look forward to seeing you again at the various events and excursions, which enables them to continue with their charitable work.
