On the 11 July, the Half Orange group (widows, widowers and singles) of Lux Mundi, Torre del Mar went on a boat trip from Caleta Marina with its many fishing boats and the fishermen still repairing their nets in the traditional way.
The boat travelled along the coast towards, Algarrobo, Lagos and El Morche where it turned for the homeward journey. It was a sunny, calm day and it was very enjoyable and interesting to see the inland view of the coastline that they so often drive along. Afterwards they enjoyed a tapas lunch at one of the many restaurants in Caleta. All agreed it was an excellent way to spend time together and may be next time they will take the catamaran, which sails from the same port.
Half Orange meet on the first Monday of every month at the Lux Mundi Centre and on other Mondays at various venues. Why not come and join them, don´t be lonely, meet new friends all are welcome.
